Meet the AquaBella Team

Jonathan Szarvas (Founder and CEO) Jonathan (we call him "Yoni") is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 20 years of strategic management experience in various industries including organic and packaged foods. Yoni is a hands-on executive who excels in startup environments, and has specific expertise in developing and opening new markets with a laser-sharp focus on bottom-line results in the areas of sales, marketing, operations, purchasing, inventory, production and financial management. Yoni lives in Sebastopol, California, with his wife Theresa and their teenage daughter.

Tracy Letain (Microbiologist, Ph.D) Tracy’s interest in science first started when she got to see pond scum under a microscope when she was a child. That hooked her, and she later received her Ph.D in microbiology from Washington State University. Her focus for more than a decade has been on environmental microbiology, and her research with soil and water has covered a range of important topics. Tracy works with Yoni on providing the research and explanation of the natural science behind AquaBella's powerful products. She believes her work with AquaBella Organic Solutions will contribute to revitalizing the earth and cleaning its waters -- a perfect fit for her background and passion.

Rick Matcovich (Sales Management) Rick is an expert in strategy implementation and compensation plan design. He has spent over 15 years in management consulting, with the consultancies Towers Perrin and Cardwell Group, working with large and small companies to maintain corporate focus and success. His consulting engagements have involved many employee groups: sales organizations, executive teams, retail operations, and all-employee groups. His clients have included Starbucks, as well as many in the financial services, utilities, and healthcare industries. Rick and his wife, Donna, live in San Francisco, and have three sons.

Allison Goodwin (Co-Founder) Allison brings considerable talents for networking, sales, advertising and marketing -- plus a passion for enzymes! -- to the AquaBella Team. Allison successfully ran her own sales company in Northern California for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience in marketing and public relations. Her close work with enzyme expert Dr. Ellen Cutler has given her a deep understanding of the unique nature of AquaBella products. Allison lives in Mill Valley, California, with her two teenage daughters.

Warren Hellman Lee (Co-Founding Partner, Sales and Business Development) Warren is a senior business development, sales and marketing executive with a focus on innovation technology, online advertising and e-commerce security. He's worked with with major corporations such as The Gap, Amazon, eBay, Wells Fargo and Visa and has two deep passions in life: organic farming and fishing -- both of which are nurtured by Aqua Bella Organic Solutions. Warren lives in Tiburon, California, with his wife and two teenage daughters.
